How to order

Credit cards and Switch

It’s very easy to buy online with us. Find the product you want, click on the ‘Basket’ button and you will be taken to your personal shopping basket which details your order. You can continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.

Your order will be processed, via our secure server, and a confirmation will be emailed to you. Your order will be despatched within 24 hours, via Royal Mail, and this will also be confirmed by email to you.

We include a reference number in your receipt in the unlikely event of you having a problem with your tee.

Cheques and Postal Orders (UK only)

If you don’t want to use your cards send us a cheque or postal order instead. Remember to tick the ‘cheque box’ in your basket and we will reserve the tee for 7 days giving you chance to post your order to us. Send us your name, address, product code, colour and size on a piece of paper and send us a cheque or postal order made out to ‘Mores Europe Ltd’ for the price shown, plus (£1.99 for 1 tee; £3.50 for 2 tees or £4.50 for 3 or more tees) for packing and despatch.

Delivery

We are a UK company, delivering all over the World, and will despatch your order within one working day using either Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

• Within the UK, the normal post option takes 3 days although remote areas could take slightly longer. We also offer a next working day as long as we receive your order before noon (Monday to Friday). Unfortunately we can only offer our normal service to the following postcodes IM, BT, IV, PH, PA, KY, KW, TR20,21,22,23, HS and ZE
• Delivery to the European Union should take up to 6 days,.
• For all other International deliveries please allow up to 9 days.

Tariffs

UK
Delivery using normal post is £1.99 for 1 tee; £3.50 for 2 tees and £4.50 for 3 or more tees.
Delivery using next working day is £5.50 for 1 tee; £6.50 for 2 tees and £8.25 for 3 or more tees.

European Union
Delivery using normal post is £3.30 for 1 tee; £5.00 for 2 tees and £6.50 for 3 or more tees.

Other destinations
Delivery using normal post is £4.50 for 1 tee; £6.95 for 2 tees and £9.25 for 3 or more tees.

Security

We are extremely aware of reports about online security, which is why we have invested in the latest SSL (Security Sockets Layer) encryption methodology to protect your information and prevent credit card breaches.

Justteeshirts SSL is provided by one of the largest names in the industry ‘Protx’ (www.protx.com) endorsed by our Bank, HSBC, along with other major financial institutions. Protx have issued us with a Secure Server Certificate which provides a website or web server with an electronic means of confirming both the identity of the website operator and ownership of the relevant domain name. It operates seamlessly, creating an encrypted link between the user’s browser and the web server, which protects all the information that is sent during transactions.

Returns

We strive to ensure everything is ok but sometimes blips occur.

We accept returns up to 14 days after the invoice date. If you wish to return a tee to us you must first obtain a returns number – either email dave[at]justteeshirts.co.uk or phone +44 (0) 1483 872180. The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked on the package.
